The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is an intensive 2-year entry-level development program requiring 3 rotational assignments in sales and/or marketing roles to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talents. It prepares candidates for a successful career in sales or marketing by providing the opportunity to learn about our products, industry, and customers while making valuable contributions to the organization.

Responsibilities
1.        Will have 2 months assignments in sales or marketing roles, which cover products / regions / customers in China.
2.        Will be involved in daily sales or marketing job to understand GE as well as the basic sales or marketing process.  
3.        Will be assigned certain projects to build and show your project management skill and your leadership potential
4.        Strictly follow internal policy and GE compliance standard

Requirements
1.        2016 fresh bachelor/master graduates with major in Medical science, Engineering, Biomedical engineering, and commercial etc.
2.        Passionate in sales career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure
3.        Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player
4.        Demonstrates leadership potential
5.        Fluent in English

About GE Lighting

Operate with more efficiency less cost and less environmental impact than ever before. Our new lighting solutions are specifically designed for retail, street and outdoor, hospitality and home lighting applications

Primary Responsibilities:
•  Will have three 3*8 months assignments in different sales/marketing roles, which cover different products, regions and customers in China.
•   Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable products to address those needs.
•   Build strong relationship with local distributor, end user or design institute under
     different sales scenario.
•   Strictly follow internal policy and GE compliance standard.
•   Will travel within and across the region.

Qualifications Required:
•  2016 fresh graduates with Bachelor/Master and major in Physics/Electronics/Lighting Source/Marketing or other related.
•  Passionate in sales career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure.
•  Geographic mobility all over China; willing to travel.
•  Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player.
•  Demonstrates GE value and leadership potential.
•  Fluent in English is a plus.

【GE】CLP – Energy Management

About GE Energy Management

Energy Management's electrical solutions allow utilities and energy-intensive industries such as oil & gas, marine, data centers, metals and mining to efficiently manage electricity from the point of generation to the point of consumption.

Primary Responsibilities:
Will have one 3-mopnth pre-assignment and three 7 months assignments in different roles, which cover different products, regions and customers in China.
Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable products to address those needs.
Build strong relationship with local distributor, end user or design institute under different sales scenario
Strictly follow internal policy and GE compliance standard
Will travel within and across the region
Qualifications Required:
Fresh graduates or 1-2 years sales experience in related area with Bachelor Degree in Engineering Fields, majored in Electrics/Electronics and etc. 
Familiar with project sales or flow sales models and techniques are preferred; 
Passionate in sales career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure  Geographic mobility all over China; willing to travel 
Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player 
Demonstrates GE value and leadership potential 
Fluent in English
